Description:	The Position – This sales-lead generation role is an entry level position within the Mini-Bulk Sales organization. The ideal candidate is a person who is a good communicator, persistent, aggressive, self-motivated, competitive, and a self-starter who can work independently or as a member of a group. This person would report to and be trained by the Mini-Bulk Sales Manager. This person must have a strong desire to succeed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: • Develop working knowledge and understanding of BCS chemicals and delivery system. • Relationship development and possible maintenance of existing BCS customers. • Generate new business with existing customers and new prospects by phone and through cold calling. 70% of your time will be dedicated to lead generation. • Required to visit customer sites on a regular basis for familiarization with our system. • Track lead status generated by Sales Manager and Account Managers. • Assist in the National Account Program as needed. • Assist outside sales group as needed: faxes, MSDS, C of A’s, etc. • Review branch red files on a quarterly basis to help develop new business • Assist with daily reports and special projects for Sales Manager.
Requirements:	MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • BA/BS degree. • 1 to 3 years of Customer Service or Sales experience. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively. • Advanced software skills with spreadsheets/Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize on an on going basis. • Innate desire to succeed and grow. • Highly motivated – someone with a track record of success. • A technical background would be helpful, but more importantly, the ability to learn quickly. • Will be responsible for sales projects as needed.
