Basic Chemical Solutions acquires S&S Industries

BCS is pleased to announce that it has acquired S&S Industries, Inc. of Woodbridge, NJ.  S&S was an East Coast distributor of caustic soda with terminals in Savannah, GA and Jacksonville, FL and also sold into the U.S. Mid-Atlantic region.  This acquisition complements the current BCS East Coast caustic soda business.  Coupled with BCS' logistics capability and broader product line, this represents a significant opportunity for the combined operations to improve costs and increase market penetration.
